Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notice must be given in writing by email: info@psichiatrija.lt To be entitled to a refund, all cancellations MUST be received in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date.

  • 80% refund will be given if written cancellation is received 1 month before the event.
  • 50% refund will be given if written cancellation is received 2 weeks before the event.
  • No refund for cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice.

All refunds due will only be issued after the Congress.

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcomed. Please email info@psichiatrija.lt to inform us of the name of the replacement.
